About[]
Caleb grew up in Brooklyn, New York. His father left when he was 3 years old and he was raised by his mother in a harsher neighborhood. His mom worked 18 hours a day, leaving Caleb on his own, since he had no siblings. Caleb got into a lot of trouble such as gangs and the most dangerous, knife fights. When his mutation developed, he realized he could manipulate his opponents mind and win the knife fights. He ran when he was seen in one fight by police.
Mutations and Abilities[]
Caleb's ability is Mental Manipulation, or Cerebral Control. He can control the thoughts, mindsets, and upper brain functions of his enemies. He can also render someone unconscious, suppress memories, increase or decrease mental capacity, modify minds to be agreeable, cause altered perception, bestow mental disorders, and break down mental barriers; and all this while someone is aware of their consciousness.
Personality[]
Caleb is very socially awkward, but once you get past that, he can be a very sweet guy. He's very loyal when it comes to mutants and also very vengeful when it comes to the humans
Sex, Romance, and Relationships[]
Caleb wants to think he's straight, but he also thinks he may be bisexual. He hasn't had a relationship with a woman at all, due to his social awkwardness. He wants to have a good relationship with someone, but he doesn't know if anyone will look past his awkwardness.
Family[]
Caleb's mother never knew her son was a mutant, and he doesn't know his father. Caleb suspects his father may be a mutant, but he doesn't know for sure.

Keegan Allen plays Toby in Pretty Little Liars. I thought he was a perfect Caleb.
